As a native New Mexican living in the Mesilla Valley, my paintings most often reflect the Southwest and its people.

Travels to the high mountain country of the Tarahumara Indians and the Mayan lowlands of Chiapas have also been sources to create from.

Studies have been at New Mexico State University, Carrizo Art Schools, the Fechin Institute and with many fine instructors.

Paintings are in collections in the United States, Canada, Equador and the former Yugoslavia. Juried exhibitions include the International Penwomens' Mexico/United States Exhibit. El Paso Museum of Art, Branigan Cultural Center, Cinco Pintores, Renaissance Craftfaire and various other shows in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Louisiana.

Related memberships have been Dona Ana Arts Coucil, Las Cruces Arts and Crafts Association, El Paso Art Association, Albuquerque Art Association and Black Range Artists.
